Our Story
Why We Started Sukoon Stays
Sukoon — the Urdu and Arabic word for peace, calm, and belonging — is more than a name. It's the standard we hold ourselves to with every property we manage and every guest we welcome.
We started Sukoon Stays because we believed London's short-let market was missing something: operators who genuinely cared about the experience on both sides of the transaction. Guests deserved better than inconsistent, poorly managed properties. Landlords deserved better than unreliable tenants and absent agents.
So we built a business that puts care at the centre — curating properties with intention, managing them with professionalism, and treating every relationship as a long-term partnership rather than a transaction.
